A deposit or full advance payment may be required to secure items or personal sourcing services.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to alternative items or services if sufficient notice is given before sourcing begins.
Full payment must be cleared prior to dispatch, delivery, or handover of items.
We accept card payments, EFT, and other approved electronic payment methods.

Clients requesting bespoke sourcing or personal shopping services will be provided with estimated timelines.
Sourcing timelines are estimates and may vary depending on item availability and supplier dispatch times.
Orders placed for custom, imported, or special-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Personal shopping appointments or consultations must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, late rescheduling, or missed consultations.
NingoB Luxury Finder reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations or orders in the event of unforeseen circumstances or supply chain delays.

We strive to provide high-quality fashion, fragrances, and accessories to all our clients.

Clothing & Accessories: Exchanges or store credit may be considered for unworn, unwashed clothing and unused accessories with original tags and packaging intact within 7 days of purchase.
Perfumes & Beauty Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty items cannot be returned or exchanged once unsealed, opened, or used.
Final Sale: Clearance, discounted, sale, or specially sourced luxury items are final sale.
Refund Exceptions: Refunds will only be processed where strictly required by law or if an incorrect item was supplied by us.

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all items sourced and supplied by NingoB Luxury Finder.
Sizes, colors, and fit may vary by designer and brand; clients are encouraged to verify sizing prior to purchase.
Clients are responsible for following all care instructions provided on product labels and tags.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
