In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock clothing, perfumes, and accessories are processed within 1–3 business daysafter payment confirmation.
Sourced & Pre-Order Items: Items requested through our personal shopping or bespoke sourcing services take longer depending on availability and designer dispatch. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

Local Delivery (South Africa): Standard courier delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.
Express Delivery: Available upon request at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping: Delivery timelines and customs fees vary by location. Quote and estimated delivery dates will be provided upon enquiry.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted directly during your order confirmation based on parcel weight and destination.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. NingoB Luxury Finder is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery information.

For security reasons, high-value luxury items may require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier service will attempt a re-delivery or contact you via phone.

All packages are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please take photos immediately and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
NingoB Luxury Finder is not directly liable for transit delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will actively assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
